International contest in underwater photography Neptune’s stars 2017.
The competition is timed for the anniversary 100th issue of «Neptun XXI century» journal.

Maximum of 20 photos for each participant is admitted, 5 photos in each category.
Size: 1920 px on long side, not more than 1 Mb.

You can upload your photos at any file hosting service (such as dropbox) and send a link to it.
